PeakEye Group Unites Two Deep-Tech Companies Under One Holding

Today we are announcing the formal establishment of PeakEye Group — a technology holding that unites two deep-technology companies under a single, shared strategy. PeakControl Technologies and PeakCyber Technologies now operate as one group, aligning their roadmaps, engineering practices and long-term vision while each retains its own domain focus and specialist teams.

The two companies were built independently, each solving hard problems in its own field: smart-city and IoT systems, and cybersecurity. Bringing them under one holding is a deliberate step. The threats and opportunities our customers face no longer respect the old boundaries between physical security, digital security and connected infrastructure — and neither should the organisation that serves them.

One holding, two domains

PeakControl Technologies designs smart-city and IoT platforms that make urban and industrial environments more connected, efficient and sustainable. PeakCyber Technologies builds cybersecurity products and services that protect digital assets across their full lifecycle.

Under PeakEye Group, these are no longer two separate stories. They are two expressions of a single engineering culture — one that prizes in-house research and development, security-first design and delivery to recognised international standards.

Why now

Cyber and smart-city systems are converging in the field. A modern connected-infrastructure deployment is also a sensor network and a cybersecurity problem. A smart city is critical national infrastructure that must be protected. Uniting the two companies lets us design across these seams instead of stopping at the edge of any one discipline.
